For silverware, make sure that everything in the picture is what you expect. I noticed a missing knife, which he was able to locate. He also sent a few other items, so that was nice. The box he charged me for was damaged - thought that he could have thrown that in for free to be honest. Communication was good. Items were tarnished, but he was upfront about that. They cleaned up nicely. Shipping a little pricey, but not sure that is his fault. I'd buy again from him.
