Seller shipped this beautiful Kate Spade XL raffia tote bag purse in a plastic shipping envelope with no outer protection..it came all bent & folded over ruining the the natural fibers of the raffia…I contacted the Seller & the response I received was that was how the “stock” photos showed the purse, &!that USPS didn’t have a large enough box…I TOTALLY DISAGREE..THIS BEAUTIFUL PURSE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO UPS/FEDEX WHERE THEY DO HAVE LARGE ENOUGH BOXES….THIS PURSE WILL CRUSHED IN SHIPPING!
