Good communication and honored the offer even though I responded after the deadline. The boots arrived within a few days and even though there was no box they were in right out of the box condition. Paper in the boots and packaged like new. The only negative was that the color of the boots was described as tan almond but are definitely a light olive green. Only 4 stars because of color description was not accurate, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
