The tree came carefully packaged in the original styrofoam packing and carefully packaged in the outer box. There was also a lot of paper around the styrofoam to keep it from moving during shipment. While the postage might seem high, it was worth to me, considering the effort that went into the packaging of the item. The tree arrived in the condition as promised and looks brand new. The seller was wonderful and communication was great.
