Common sense...the buyer lives outside the country hence the extended shipping times!!! Not to mention, we were never contacted before his purchase to inquire on shipping times, etc. We don't throw away $ on shipping costs b/c buyers don't thoroughly read what they purchase. We ship immediately after payments are made to get orders delivered ASAP. Buyer had a temper tantrum and left retaliative feedback. Grow up!
