It was wrapped in bubble-wrap then an outer plastic covering with no cardboard or anything else to provide structure during shipping. It did fit my stove but was a little difficult to get all the way in due to the bend. I'll keep it and the price was much lower than other sources, but would recommend more solid packaging to the seller.
