As far as USPS is concerned... well... it's USPS. Package got hung up in Atlanta for three days and took another two to travel from the main USPS facility to my local office (about 5 miles distance). Box was mangled but luckily the seller protected the contents to avoid damage.
The seller was fantastic and good communications during the delay.
