Bought car April 17th and paid deposit. I fully funded it on April 18th. Seller will not provide the title or paperwork for this car. It has been 34 days as of today and still no title or paperwork. Contacting Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Enforcement Division today. Seller has lied multiple times regarding this issue making up new stories along the way. Unbelievable!!!
