While the upper section of the product has too large a diameter to fit some applications, (even with the plastic globe removed) the seller went above and beyond to rectify the problem by resending bulbs that do fit at no extra cost. It may have taken extra time but the outcome is very satisfactory. I commend the seller for the diligent effort to fix the problem and ensure the customer walked away happy. I would gladly do business again.

Ok, the seller has put things right by supplying two replacement bulbs that do fit within the parameters of a typical 6V torch bulb. I had hoped to upgrade the feedback rating as well but I can't see an option for that so apart from the time lost, I do feel bad about not fixing that. I note that the replacement bulbs sent are more expensive than those on the original order so I am happy to reimburse the difference. Thanks for following up.
