This is a beautiful bag and it was shipped quickly. However, the packaging was awful. It was in a plastic bag, which squished the purse and caused wrinkling to the leather. This bag was sold as "NEW", but there's no indication that it is new. It's still a beautiful bag and sold at a fair price.
