      The item was purchased because the description said delivery for 1/28/25-2/6/25. Item had not arrived by Valentine's Day. I was forced to make other arrangements at last minute. Attempts to have the order cancelled and refunded were difficult with seller communication. They wanted me to pay for return postage for their broken promise. eBay had to intervene for return label and refund, and for that I'm thankful. Seller should not be making promises they can't keep.
