I have always liked this product. Delivery process was good. The description says it’s new but from my perspective it’s not 100% new. The box came a bit messed up but I don’t mind much about it. The bottle cap came broken. I told the seller and sent the picture but he just responded that the delivery must have done it. And that was it. Not saying was his fault but at least some empathy and some kind of compensation. The communication was neutral.
