I never received the item I ordered. I never heard a word from the seller. Instead of receiving my item or word from the seller I waited over 2 weeks in limbo. Some explanation would have been very helpful. It appeared the shipment never left building. Finally, ebay offered their help and I said I still want the item. Their response was quick but only to say YOU'LL BE RECEIVEING YOUR REFUND! That was not the help I wanted. That just seemed like the quickest way to get my case resolved.
