The item itself arrived as described, instead of being sent as a package though it was sent in a letter envelope with very little protection. As a pin collector you want your pins shipped with the utmost care. There were some complications with my local postal service which caused a delay in the items arrival, the seller reached out with an unappreciated comment. I understand wanting to get paid but it’s important to be respectful of your buyers.

Hello,I don't know if you are mistaking with someone else, but:1- I protect all my pins with the white fluffy product used to protect TVs. Did your pin arrived damaged?2- I wasn't aware you had a complication with your post office, but then would I be responsible for that?
