    This modern printers not a patch on the same earlier printer !

    If you’ve got they earlier printer ,then keep it ! It’s far better than this printer with all its problems in software ,that will become obvious when you get half the software to run it ! And then be asked if you want to upgrade it to the software that was present in the previous model for the additional cost ! Mine is nothing as good as it’s older and previous model. And they don’t appear to like this comment either !
