the description on this item was brand new but no box.this is last time for me ,logically it would be right for original purchaser to buy an appliance at retail price and turn around and sell it almost half of price he paid for on E-bay ,unless something happens to it while he had it in his possession that he couldn't return it to store he bought from.my purchase on this item from eBay had 30 day returnable policy , but i have to box it up,take it to eBay &pay for shipment.

If you do not want to receive a damaged product simple do not order from this seller, as he clearly do not care about packaging and of course it is not his responsibility to make a safe packaging for his used but listed as open box product. Seller will blame a shipping company of course)) Lesson learned: better to pay a little bit more and buy from manufacturer than handle all this just to safe a couple of bucks. Paid extra money to get damaged and missing parts +waiting another 2weeks(
