This scooter arrived with a rusty shaft. I asked for this to replaced with a non-rusted shaft. They sent another rusted shaft. When I contacted them immediately afterward (with photos to show the rust as well as photos of an identical model scooter we have had for a number of years which has no rust) they did not respond. Despite following up a number of times, I have had no response. Extremely disappointing service.

do not trade with this company, they tried to get your money. Put through an order by mistake and requested cancellation within the hour. Seller replied after 3 days saying its too late to cancel but the order is not even shipped yet. Do NOT deal with unethical seller who put a few bucks above customer experience.
