Seller had no APO, AE restrictions on any of his listed items, was very unpleasant calling me a scammer for no reason I can understand due to having a U.S. military address? Said this old HW-16 radio was too delicate to ship to me, what? It's a boat anchor, tubes could be boxed with packing. Unreasonable rude seller, I offered twice to let him cancel due to my APO address, which he did not take me up on until after I paid. Strange behavior.

Buyer asked me to ship item to a different address than on file with ebay. This is against ebay rules. He was not happy with my explanation and became rude. I have over 2,000 positive ratings and comments with no neutral or negative during my entire tenure with ebay. Strange behavior and rude on his part.
