Ordered a joystick pot fjr06k-s. They shipped it in a plastic bag with no bubble wrap or box. The joystick was crushed with plastic pieces falling out and the pins were crushed. I sent them a message and they offered me 30% refund, they replied offering me 50%. They clearly made a mistake in improper shipping and they are refusing to provide me with a full refund. 100% of the product is unusable! So I should get 100% refund. Improper shipping! Waste of my time and my customer

my item arrived on time, but it was broken in the package and the cord looked nothing like the product description. I contacted the seller to let them know they offered me a partial refund. I found this to be unacceptable considering that it was broken and didn’t look anything like the product advertised. Have not heard back since then.

BEWARE! This seller sells fake items that don't work and are not as described and then will not accept a return. He then ignores all messages and keeps asking you to keep the defective item in exchange for a 50-70% refund. It's completely unacceptable and I will never do business with this seller again. I suggest you do the same unless you want to deal with the headaches that I've had to go through.
