I initially messaged them asking for a photo of the hat’s tag because, though the seller refers to it as “One Size Fits All”, this brand of fitted hats does indeed have specific sizes. After days of no response, I finally took the risk and purchased it. Then they didn’t ship it for a few more days, not responding to my messages during that time. They finally fulfill the order and, of course, it’s not my size.
