fast delivery, no issues as yet. Seller doesn't respond to offers promptly and you get locked in waiting a few days for it to time out instead of the seller just rejecting it. Some sellers do this to prevent you from moving on to a competitor but regardless, it is just poor customer service when the seller just leaves you hanging, after multiple requests to reject the offer only to keep you tied up.

Wow, I am totally happy with this item and the seller! This item was described as "Open Box" which often needs to be taken with a grain of salt and may have actually been slightly used (or more). But this item was brand spanking new, sealed in the original Dell anti-static bag and was a "blank slate" as new Dell OEM replacement boards are (you have to enter a valid Service Tag from the existing machine). The seller gave me a great price and shipping was pretty quick too. Love it! Thanks!!
