Shipping was fast, but rather expensive. Offer a slower, less expensive alternative. Everything was packaged very well. Crystal was new, as described.

We are so glad that you appreciate this crystal as much as we did! Thank you for your suggestion, but we have found that by shipping at a slower and less expensive rate, the crystal has a rough ride and gets damaged. So far, this shipping method has been successful.
