Seller packaged and sent a VERY used, dirty, damaged item, listed as "new in box". I provided several photos as proof of the problems with the device. The seller initially claimed it was not what they sent, but did proceed with the refund. Thanks to eBay customer service for making sure the item was refunded. I cannot of good conscience recommend this specific seller. With eBay standing behind the purchases, I feel I can trust eBay rather than having to trust all individual sellers.
