Very poor service, item was ordered 2 weeks ago, didn’t arrive within the 3-5 window, tracking with EVRI wasn’t updating and I contacted the company after about a week, they told me to wait another couple of days which I did, then I still had nothing so I requested a refund (by creating a refund request with eBay), and their response to this again was “wait another 2-3 days, and quoting the delivery date from tracking that hasn’t been updated for 9 days!
