Item as described, but I wouldn't recommend them for wanting a tall table or anything heavy duty as the leg steel is not thick. Your seats will need to be rather short if you intend on having your legs under the tabletop. I would recommend these for a display table or something similar. Good communication. Package took a week to get moving from when marked as posted, but once picked up by the courier it was delivered quickly. Pleasure to deal with.
