There was a small issue with the order regarding the screws (that were to be included however weren't) to mount the inner rails to the switch. I asked for a partial refund of a partial amount to purchase the screws, however they agreed to cover the full cost of purchasing the screws and processed the refund very quickly. The rails were in great condition, delivered overnight. Customer service was excellent and will definitely be purchasing from them again!
