They replied checking my order telling me I ordered the 2L. I went to the Anaconda store on the return address on the 'Anaconda' branded postage packaging to get it corrected to the 3L I purchased. The store staff were initially very unhelpful, told me there were scammers on eBay and wanted me to leave and contact their phone support. Eventually only gave a partial refund (not postage)

I purchased this top at 9:45pm one night before it went on sale for $20 cheaper the next day. I tried to communicate with Anaconda to see whether they would honour the sale price given that it was only 10 hours later, however I heard nothing back from them. I'm not going to die in a ditch over $20, but if you want to improve your customer service, you may have a lot more business come your way.
