Postage was fast, however when the item arrived it wasn’t in a box as pictured, just loose parts in a bag. The item doesn’t function as it should. The different parts don’t click in and the arm broke upon trying. The item appears to be poor quality and not genuine. I contacted the seller to resolve the issue and they requested photos. Photos were sent, however I’ve had no response. I sent a follow up message to allow the seller to respond prior to providing feedback but still no response

Very very slow delivery. The courier company, this seller used, didnt give a 💩 about their driver throwing the package on the ground then racing off in their personnel car doing at least 100km/h down a small street probably full of kids playing cricket. Not the sellers fault I guess, they sounded concerned and apologetic. Maybe buy off them again, when they use Australia Post.
