Item not as described, seller was dishonest in their description and their message to me before I purchased the item. Seller did not initiate a partial refund as promised. I telephoned eBay and they told me that the seller had not sent a partial refund even though I chased this twice and on both occasions with the seller and I was told that the refund had been sent. Disappointed! I would not have purchased if the seller had been honest with me.

When you raised this issue we both agreed on the partial refund and i had done that as well, but for some reason that didn't go through and according to your messages you told me that you received the notification of partial refund, and when you opened a return request and when we received the phone back we went ahead and refund you the full amount.
