Bought HP Notebook. I found that two components were missing: Wi-Fi and Webcam. These components were not texted/described on the listing, but on HP website these are standard parts of this Model. The seller promptly provided a fair refund to cover the missing parts from Amazon. I am genuinely pleased with how the issue was handled and resolved. It’s common to encounter problems, but the seller has done the best for us in few days. Recommended !!!

A laptop was not in perfect condition as was described. It was without wifi, later I discovered and a camera as well. I accepted a purchase. There was an issue with charger, it was not compatible with the laptop. The seller said it will send replacement.
I contacted the seller after some time because the charger was not arriving. Never I got replay. Avoid.
