I think a lot of people were charging too much for this book, and even this description called it "antique", where I could pick it up for $2 anywhere else. However, I understand why pricing is the way it is. That being said, the seller accepted my first offer, shipped it same day, and I have to say, the packaging was incredible. Special care was taken.
