Messages seller because item was advertised as "Looks complete, no idea, sold as is". The item had few pictures and didn't show the damage to the box or instuctions. Set was also only 55% complete (Did not look very complete to me). I wrote a kind message to the seller asking what the best way to solve this would be. He wrote a rude response and never mentioned anything about wanting to give a partial refund. Had to contact eBay.
