Auction stated the item had no chips or cracks. Sent email to seller to confirm the lid had no chips or cracks before buying, & seller confirmed no chips or cracks in lid. Received item & and it had numerous chips in lid. Contacted seller & they offered partial refund. WHAT??? Insisted on full refund for seller error. I then received a refund for all but $18.80 I paid to ship back to seller. WHY do I have to pay for the seller's mistake!!! Did not cost the seller a thing to be incompetent!
