It is not authentic and it is a cheap bag! The seller must pay the return shipping fee and confirmed the seller would refund it. But the seller stopped answering after I shipped it back. This is disgraceful! First selling a fake bag, then refusing the return. After putting ebay customer service, accepted the return. Then again with the ebay customer service help, confirmed to refund the payment. After shipping back, no response no refund nothing.. I wish I did not buy from such a person.

We did issue FULL REFUND to the buyer but we did not receive the returned item. This is the reason why we did not issue return postage immediately. Buyer accused our item is fake but please note that we sold numbers of this tote, all buyers left positive feedback. Please be fair to us.
