Seller replied to me that.. "He did not disclose the damage inside the pack because no one would see it". Rather than spending more money to return it, I asked the seller if he would just be willing to refund the initial shipping cost. He was only willing to refund half of it. My overall experience with this seller and the item is "neutral".
