Seller shipped item with broken faulty charger and refused to give full refund. Instead, he offered a $5.00 refund, then $9.00 and lastly $12.00 from the full $16.95 original price. The item is useless without the charger which has split in two and is dangerous. I sent a photo to the seller but has not commented. This seller has left me with no option than leaving this negative review so other buyers can be aware. I have also reported this to eBay, but they have not responded. NEGATIVE!
