    Ítem came as described. Fair value. There was three Shipment Exceptions through FedEx. Each time it said the barcode label was unreadable and replaced. That prolonged the arrival of the package by three days. Was that because of how it was packaged? Lastly, I spent twenty dollars for shipping but it didn’t come in a box. I feel that was too much given the risk. Risk brought on by the lack of privacy or shock protection. The board was just wrapped in eBay tape, plastic, and brown paper.

This created a fog of confusion and my offer was not the “winner”. My bid and payment was promptly refunded. I am very impressed this seller’s communications and prompt answers to my inquiries.
