Buyer believed item wasn't fit for purpose, but when prompted was unable to explain or provide evidence as to the reasons why. I've sold many 10's of these clips without any previous issue or complaint. When clear no progress could be made, or resolution reached, issued full refund and believed matter resolved. I'm sorry you weren't happy with your purchase and wish you luck in your hunt for a more suitable repair clip.
