Well to begin with I wrote a specific email stating what the item needed to be in order to fit on my chain. Wrote to them.multie times about it. After it got sent out I mentioned it again. And again they said made just as I ordered. Well it got here and I've never been so unhappy. This item must be made for babies cuz it's tiny as hell. Was missing a stone on the side and it literally has 0 weight to it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. It's been days and they are still ignoring my emails.
