This was my first time using eBay to buy ANY item. 'beebombeer24' was MOST helpful in answering my inquirie about the Phone Cradle Dock and the process of using eBay. The Dock arrived well within the estimated time of delivery. The packaging, as he describe, utilized a sturdy, originally perposed, snack box that was covered, and securely wrapped (ample tape) using, 'heavy brown wrapping paper'.The Dock itself, is just what I wanted, and just what was 'advertized'. A VERY GOOD FIRST EXPERENCE!
