Es war wohl tatsächlich ein Schaden, der durch den Transport durch Querbelastung des Flansches am aufblasbaren Teil dort zu dem Riss führte. Leider lässt sich das Hermes im Nachhinein nicht vorwerfen und deren Versicherung melden. Das Gerät hat hier beim Funktionstest vor dem Versand 2 Tage lang die Luft gehalten, also sich als in jeder Beziehung einwandfrei erwiesen.

Lieferung und Verpackung top. Der Kopfhörer ist tatsächlich außerirdisch gut und zurecht eine Legende. Auf den Sprung im Kopfband-Plastikteil hätte man aber in der Beschreibung hinweisen sollen.

Das tut mir leid, uns ist das bei der Durchsicht nicht aufgefallen. Wir haben einen Hörtest gemacht und auf Vollständigkeit bei Zubehör und Verpackung geachtet. Auch beim Fotografieren, wo man jedes Staubkorn oder Härchen im Nachhinein als Störung empfindet, ist es leider nicht aufgefallen.
