Seller disclosure included: "The collared shirt features long sleeves and a button closure, while the matching pants have an elastic waistband for a perfect fit." The PJs came with a draw string. The time and effort to return and gain a refund was what caused a negative feedback. We can all make innocent mistakes, but when we do we should place high priority in refunding when item is returned as buyer described. Not as professional as seller should be.

You requested a refund after a simple oversight in the listing description and then pressured us for a refund (which is against our policies) and when we didn't provide you with same day service, you decided we were unprofessional and left negative feedback.
