On opening bubble wrap and actually opening the Always Red - 1/3 of bottle is used, bottle dirty and dusty, has been sitting on a shelf.

I am Sorry for your disappointment but both perfumes are stated in add as used not brand new. yes bottle sitting on cabinet shelf as not being used recently and when i tested bfore sell was fine-try to test few more times ,Its discontinued perfume that is at least 6 years old & can be off even if you buy brand new bottle.
