Item bought on 29/1/2024. Delivery was to be by 5/2. On the 13/2 I messaged seller who said he’d ‘(post) it today’ (13/2). It was sent 15/2 . Received it on the 19/2. The item sent wasn't the part I ordered. Seller advised 19/2 and said “there's been a mix up with the order... put in a return request...and send you the correct one .” Item returned by me 20/2. Item arrived at the return address on 26/2. Seller contacted by me 27/2. Iten still not collected 4 March. No refund yet.
