I have tried contacting seller about their faulty product but they have gone off line. The last point of contact they asked me to take video of it and post it onlinecie: YouTube link so I've dine that using private use only. I've taken numerous photos showing the issues and error code displayed on my car radio. I assume they know the units are faulty.
