    Seller is a scammer. They are knowingly selling fake ngk spark plugs, perhaps all the products they have are fake. I confirmed thus to be true by comparing what they sent versus the 30 or more authentics I have on hand from my bmw racecar. The crush washer isn't correct, there are subtle differences in the packaging as well. Tested and they dont work either even at idle. Junk fake product, and when confronted, seller refused to say they are legitimate, and ghosted when I asked for my money back
