    I ordered the book and immediately read the first 10 chapters. The next day went grocery shopping for the recommended food. In 2 weeks, 2 days am down 9#. Feel better, look better and daily exercise giving me more energy. Hoping to make it a life changing dietary experience. The book offers so many easy to understand ideas/suggestions on weight loss. Have tried and enjoyed several recipes. Did not see a break down of carbs, fat and protein grams recommended for 1200 calories per day diet so called the 800 # listed on the last page and called. Talked to a nice lady who gave me the daily gram breakdown.

I've put their guidelines into practice, and I'm losing weight. The only thing for me is that I've got a case of plantar fasciitis from increasing my walking exercise.
