Several days later get a tracking and product was shipped. Gave me a duplicate tracking to someone else’s. I reached out and they just refunded me instead of sending the parts. Lousy seller. Also, I clicked on the link for the item & it is in stock but $80 more? Messaged seller asking what the deal was, but no response. Seller is not to be trusted, BUYER BEWARE.

    It's ok for the time being

    I live in an apartment that only allows electric grills in the patio. This is compact, easy to use and easy to clean. The con is that it just doesn't get hot enough. I like my steak medium with a good grill mark. I got some grill marks but it took forever to get my steak medium. I ended up cooking my next steak in the over under the broiler. Small, thin cuts of meat, foil packets for shrimp, and veggies is all I'll use this for.

    It is a pice of junk

    It is a piece of junk, They forgot to drill all of the holes necessary for assembly. The instructions are very incomplete. If you are not really mechanically inclined, it will be a real struggle to assemble. The hinge can be install several ways and the instructions don't tell you the proper way to do the installation.

    A well made product,one slight problem is that the temp dial could have been made clearer with more degrees on it.
