You don't need to slide them inside, as it can be a pain to extract your credit card. You can use two of the RF blocking cards with your credit card sandwiched between them in your wallet for easy extraction. Eventually, wallets will come with metal foil embedded in them so these things might become redundant.

I tried them out using tap and pay and they did work because the scanner was not able to read my bank card. Only problem is that they are difficult to open up and place your card in them. As someone else suggested you can use 2 cards on each side instead of putting your card in the sleeve. Apart from that I recommend the sleeves and seller .
