Hats arrived in 5 lots, received over about 3½ weeks. All consignments were shoved into flimsy plastic bags, with absolutely no packing material, not even marked 'fragile'. 10 hats somehow survived the trip, 3 some damage, 5 squashed. Seller refunded cost of those 5, but refused replacements with adequate packing. Now not enough time before 18th for alternatives. Most disappointing transaction ever on eBay.
